APO

What is APO you might ask, well that depends on who you ask, most would say one thing, but I don't really think it fits the . . . characteristics that go with the title, and would rather give it my own name yet others, still my think of it differently. Yesterday I learned the third view, it is almost an extension of scouts, it was inspired by scouts, and made by a person in the navy who dealt with the law and frustrated at the number of boys he had to keep under control (through legal actions). So he made APO which stands for Alpha Phi Omega, now anyone anything is like that's Greek, Scott joined a fraternity teehee he caved to the pressure. Yes it is a fraternity, but problem one with the title is its coed, and the ironic part of the fraterninty title rather than sorority is that all of the head leadership are girls, all 8 of the people going up for award nominations were girls, and well I don't know if any guys are officers at all. So fraternity is kind of a failed title at least for gender. Then It is one of two fraternity's on campus that stand for somthing. It stands for service the other one stands for Christianity, still have the crazy drunken members every weekend doing somthing dumb, so they really stil fit the category, but APO is pretty much all wholesome people, who keep the craziness sober, and don't do dumb things. So all in all, I would call it a service organization but meh , have fun with whatever.
