Recovery

The human body is an amazing thing. The body has many types of limits like the ones it simply can not pass like running past the speed of light, and "comfortable limits" like when doing somthing is no longer comfortable whether it be staying awake doing exercise or thinking, and then their even "healthy limits" when the body pushes past what it can do for long periods of time and maintain itself. It many times can be compared to a machine, but it does some thing no machine would ever do. When the body hits one of these "healthy limits" as I have called them, which can come from body, mind, emotions, or just overstressing, the body rather than get weaker and begin to fail or slow down as a machine might, actually pushes harder till it finds a moment to rest believing the task causing it is complete. Once this rest is achieved the body begins recovery. This is a wonderful stage that makes the user of the body feel like. . . crud, you become exhausted depending on what you were pushing your sore, grumpy, have a lack of will, and just the list goes on of miserable things, during this time your not in any mood to attempt much and the body heals from its many wounds, injuries, exhaustion, replenishes its energy, calm down and prepares itself for the next day. This is not a day you should use to get tense about everything, learn terrible news, and stay working later than normal like I did. This can cause recovery to carry into the second day which is not always the most fun experience, although the body may need multiple days if the body has been pushed to hard for to long. The best thing to do is sleep, use a sick day if you got one, don't worry and calm down. Things will be better.
Yesterday was my recovery day, and I was supposed to post this then but I had no time and it might be better it was today. O and I would like to thank two people who probably have no idea but yesterday night they managed to turn my day from a wretched day to one of those its kind of a bad day, days.
The lines were somthing along the lines of
USY: true
me: :)
USY: I need to be cheered up
me: I think everyone I'm talking to needs to be cheered up
USY: Then go cheer them up

so thanks ya'll, you never know when even the slightest thing can have the greatest effects. Smash! a meteor slams into the earth a crater is formed from the impact, not all impacts are as violent or extreme. Come are as subtle as a smile.
