Concert

Yesterday was my concert it went decent I did well till the beginning of Vesuvius yeah I rushed that sucked on three notes, which in Vesuvius isn't good I couldn't count the rest I was like a beat ahead every measure and had to keep being like Scott wait ok now start and even then yeah it was bad but then I fixed it and then my lesson teacher was our 3rd trombone who I don't think had seen the music before the night
It went pretty well though that was fun. But didn't get back till kind of late so started on homework at 10:30ish. Oh and prospective students are here and so there right now playing video games in our common room, they got to sleep on the sleeping bag which I've heard both really good and not so good comments about.
anyhow umm. . . lets see umm. . .other than that yesterday I spent most of it sleeping slept till 10 went to get lunch thought cuz it was brunch it would be open but they open at 10:30 instead of 11 for brunch so I was like oh, by the time I went back to my dorm got my bio book and read a page it opened had an omelet and like thanksgiving type stuff with out turkey and was like wow that was a really good meal even for Sunday brunch which is our one good meal of the week, they have all types of pies out and what not its awesome. I love pie hehe
anyhow then did homework and Diedre left for a bit so I was like ehh I"ll shower and change now so I did but then she got off, cheater, but umm. . .so yeah then I realized I was tired and was like no I refuse to go to the concert tired so got some sleep in my tux that was intelligent. oh and before that I got some free laundry done thanks to Rob, and lets see oh yeah I practiced like 10 min before the concert trying not to blow my chops but cover troublesome spots since I didn't know how she does dress rehearsals. then Ok proof that I'm a nerd I was the 1st one their other than percussionists and 30 year old french horn. and then went to dinner to grab bannanna and apple trying not to starve since can't eat again till 10 pm and ate 10:30 am.
and so then ran back to the band hall where there was the bus cuz we were supposed to start loading at 4;30 and leave at 5
but like I don't know that many people but 5 out of 6 people waiting were people I know there was like one band person there I didn't know. It was pretty pathetic.
Anyhow now for Saturday not to much umm. . . got to see a movie, which stole my practice time, and almost my Diedre time, but she ended up having to wait on a phone anyways so hehe its not my fault. The movie was about a horse.

yeah I know that was a huge quote but it was funny and prolly very wrong since its now a day later and I"m trying to remember it, but you get the point, our director was about to die which is part of why I don't have band now, and couldn't hear, and they threw away or rather shredded the programs which I found rather funny. ok so c yall later
